How will I train my staff and volunteers?

Servant Keeper is easy to use. Most users tell us that they can get volunteers up and running in minutes to hours. But if you do want some help anyone from your team can call us, join our weekly live training sessions, or access our resources library.

How many families can I track?

With Servant Keeper, you can track unlimited families and data. There is no additional cost. This means your database can grow with you, and you can always keep historical data even as people come and go from your ministry.

Can I bring my data with me?

Yes! With our whiteglove data transfer we can bring all your data over for you. This service is included in the Best package and can easily be added on to the Better and Good packages.

Is Servant Keeper Giving integrated with our Servant Keeper Church Managment System (ChMS)?

Yes. Servant Keeper Giving is the only online giving solution that is fully integrated with your Servant Keeper ChMS. That means less time managing data and more time for growing your ministry.

How do we reconcile deposits in our bank account?

Inside of our church admin portal, there is a "Deposits" tab. On that tab you will see every deposit and the donations included in that deposit. You'll also see what (if any) processing fees are deducted. You'll be able to quickly and easily reconcile your account to the penny.

Can donors give to multiple church funds in one transaction?

They sure can. You decide how many funds you want to show to donors and they can give to one or all of them in a single transaction.

Does Servant Keeper Giving allow donors to make one-time and recurring donations?

Yes. Your donors will be able to make one-time and recurring donations via credit, debit, and ACH.

How often do you deposit the donations to our bank account?

We do daily deposits so you get your funds faster.

Does Servant Keeper Giving have a text-to-give option?

It sure does. Text-to-give is one the fastest and easiest ways for your donors to give to your church.

Can donors cover the processing fees?

They sure can. We make it easy for your donors to cover the fees (just like they probably do for any other non-profit they contribute to online) so that your church receives 100% of the donation.

Will members be able to give through our new church app?

Yes! Your new giving page can be accessed through your website and app, even by text!

We don't have an IT guru to set up our site. Can SK help?

Yes. We will provide you with a launch call and set up your site with you.

Can I transfer my current website domain?
