We’re pushing releases of Servant Keeper Desktop, Online Giving and Greet and Attend on Wednesday night, July 31! Here’s what to expect!

Servant Keeper Windows AND Mac Version v8.3.7 July 31, 2024

Enhancements

• Improvements to how the SK Comms Email editor handles large images.
• Updated wording shown to a partner when they reach their small church record limit.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the use of the “Go To” button to switch modules would cause issues with authentication.
• Fixed issues displaying Unicode characters in the Communication Lists.
• Fixed an issue where SMS text previews did not show in Communication history.
• Removed the ability to include the Portal Email in the Undo Changes manager.
• Fixed an issue preventing the launch of the email list manager.
• Fixed issues with the Excel XLS format causing false positive virus detections with Gmail and other email clients.
• Updated various areas of the program to support exporting data to the newer Microsoft Excel XLSX format.
• Fixed various issues with the shared report system.
• Fixed various issues with the database conversion tools to upgrade from Servant Keeper 6 and 7 to version 8.
• Fixed errors preventing profiles from being deleted.
• Fixed errors that would occur when opening the Show Reminder features.
• Fixed issues preventing report printing on macOS.
• Fixed issues when opening the import tool in Administration on macOS.
• Fixed issues when selecting “Insert Blank Page for Duplex Printing” on macOS.
• Fixed an issue preventing a merged SK Writer document from being saved as a PDF.
• Other small fixes and improvements specific to Mac OS X.

Online Giving 10.1.0 July 31, 2024

Features

• You can now create and save a QR code image to make it easy for givers to use Text To Give. Check it out in the Giving Form section, next to the Online Giving QR Code!

Enhancements

• Improvements to the Deposit List and Deposit Details.
• Improvements to the Gift List.
• Wording improvements in the transaction list when a transaction is “Pending”.
• In Gifts, there is now an email button on each record to easily email a giver (only shows for online gifts).

• Fixed an issue where Sunday School events wouldn’t show in the event list.
